This application provides a means for our fire service to manage information about their fire department, including contact information, personnel characteristics, resource inventory and their roster of volunteer fire fighters. Participation in this application helps to build a database which can be used to:
Please perform the following actions to begin managing your fire department information (including your volunteer fire fighter roster) using the LA FD Online Registry.
On the "LOGIN" screen, select "REGISTER"
On the "REGISTER" screen, fill in all the information requested
This letter must be received within 60 days of the online registration request or the request will be denied and the online request must be resubmitted.
Please note that Fire Department Online Administrators have access to ONLY those fire departments to which they have been designated the online administrator.

LWCC and Hartford claim forms must be submitted within 30 days of injury/death to be eligible for benefits.

In the event of a volunteer firefighter death:
Please do not send patient discharge paperwork, medical bills, etc to Chief Deputy Felicia Cooper or the Office of State Fire Marshal. A representative of the carrier will contact you. All follow-up paper work is to be forwarded to the carrier.
