A Message from the State Fire Marshal

As I begin my service as Louisiana State Fire Marshal, I am honored by Governor Jeff Landry’s confidence and grateful for the opportunity to serve the people of Louisiana and the men and women of our fire service. I look forward to building on the progress made by Principal Assistant, Chief Bryan J Adams while strengthening the trust, collaboration, and partnership that are so important to the Louisiana Fire Service. With more than 37 years of fire service experience, I understand the challenges facing our firefighters and departments, and I am committed to being a strong, supportive partner as we strengthen public safety and advance the mission of the Office of State Fire Marshal.
